Though BITM was established for the development of HR for Local Software and ITES companies its success has drawn the attention of the international market. In 2013, the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources of the Kingdom of Bhutan invited BITM to visit Bhutan and conduct a two-day workshop. A team of four members of BITM has visited there and has conducted a workshop in Bhutan where more than 200 participants were present.
